About SAFRA Swim For Hope 2023

Introduced in 2011 by SAFRA Tampines, SAFRA Swim For Hope provides an opportunity for Operationally Ready National Serviceman and their families to contribute to charitable causes, while promoting fitness and bonding through swimming.

The event adopts various charities each year to raise funds to help the needy and benefitting more than 15 charity organization such as Autism Resource Centre, Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore, Down Syndrome Association and more.

For the 13th edition this year, the event aims to show support to individuals who are recovering or suffering from mental health struggles and uplift their quality of lives.

Care Corner Singapore

President's Challenge

Care Corner Singapore Ltd was founded in 1981 and evolved along the years into a leading social service agency. Over the years, Care Corner has evolved into a leading social service agency. With 43 service points across Singapore, we serve children with special learning needs or from disadvantaged backgrounds, youth-at-risk, troubled families, vulnerable seniors and individuals with counselling and mental health needs.

The Children’s Aid Society aims to provide a holistic range of residential care, counselling and other specialised therapies to support the most vulnerable in our community through their challenges of adverse family circumstances, family violence, and child neglect.

SAF Care Fund

Through the SAQ Development Fund, SAQ would like to roll out its "Learn to Swim" programme which aims to provide an opportunity for every child and youth in Singapore to learn to swim. Through an annual grant program and by partnering with swim lesson providers and water safety advocates across the country, we help to support swimming lessons, and educate children and their families on the importance of learning how to swim.
President's Challenge

Singapore Swimming Association

The President’s Challenge is a national movement led by the President to rally Singaporeans to build a caring and cohesive society together. An annual community outreach, President’s Challenge aims to bring together people from all walks of life, under the President’s patronage, to help those who are less fortunate. 100% of donations raised under President’s Challenge go to beneficiary organizations supported by President’s Challenge.
SAF Care Fund

Special Olympics Singapore

The SAF Care Fund provides additional support to SAF servicemen who are severely disabled due to military service and require long-term care and support. The fund relies on monies donated by public and MINDEF will provide one-for-one matching grant.
